Milk Studios is one of the best venues for fashion week in New York because of its amazing gallery style viewing, DJs, and laid back up and coming vibe. Last year (our first NYFW experience!), we ran into Project Runway's Zanna Roberts Rassi.
2016 Spring/Summer designer line up: BABYGHOST | XIAO LI | COLLINA STRADA | SANDY LIANGI was enamored by the black and white shoes that were lined up as if they could walk the runway all by themselves.
We scored tickets to Moschino! My first runway show EVER! Jeremy Scott is all the rage these days, dressing pop stars from Katy Perry to Madonna. I stumbled across his Barbie themed collection from last season and knew this would be amazing. http://fashionista.com/2014/09/moschino-spring-2015-barbie After much debate over what to wear, I settled on a vintage floral dress with deep blue horse hair retro heels and orange pop spectacles.
It was unbelievable to witness the parade in front of Moynihan. The street style was in full gear and photographers and reporters were out in droves. Given that this was such a huge show, we had two LEGENDARY encounters - the first with Bill Cunningham, and the second with IRIS APFEL! I almost couldn't believe it.
